Meeting Information

The Green Mount Road Harley Owners Group (H.O.G.) Chapter meets at the Fairview Heights Elk's Lodge on the 3rd Wednesday of the month at 7:00 p.m., except for the month of December. The chapter Christmas party will serve as the December monthly meeting. The Elks Lodge is located at: 9480 Old Lincoln Trail, Fairview Heights IL (intersection of Hwy 161 and Old Lincoln Trail; near the Metro-Link station). Members, prospective members, and guests are all welcome to attend. (Subject to change with notifications in the weekly email and the chapter calendar) Map to Meeting.

Reminders

2026 is going to be another great year for riding. Please keep in mind the following H.O.G. rule: If you have a non-Green Mount Road H.O.G. guest riding with you on a GMR H.O.G. event, i.e. dinner ride, overnight trip, etc., they MUST fill out a release form each time they ride. The statement will be made at all events. "If you are not a member of the GMR HH.O.G.® Chapter you must fill out a release form for this ride".

Also, if you have invited a non-member along for a Chapter Riding Event, they too must fill out a release form for the ride as well as any passenger they may have with them.

This would be a great way to earn 50 points for your Riders Challenge book. Ensure that the non-member is a current member of National H.O.G. and then ask them to join our family with the Green Mount Road H.O.G. Chapter and BOOM! you have earned 50 points. See your Membership Officer (Mike Holas) to sign off on your Riders Challenge book.

What is the Harley Owners Group?

H.O.G. is an organization founded and sponsored by the Harley-Davidson Motor Company. The group was established to offer motorcycling benefits and services to Harley-Davidson enthusiasts the world over, and develop a close relationship between the Harley-Davidson rider, the Harley-Davidson dealer and the Harley-Davidson Motor Company. Remember to RIDE AND HAVE FUN!

Each chapter is sponsored by the local dealer and is offered to bring members together for the common interest of promoting safe and fun motorcycle activities. The H.O.G. chapters are family oriented and apolitical.
