Green Mount Road HOG

Meeting Information

The Green Mount Road H.O.G. Chapter meets monthly on the 3rd Wednesday at 7:00 p.m., except for the month of December. The chapter Christmas party will serve as the December monthly meeting. Meetings are held at the Elks Lodge, 9480 Old Lincoln Trail, Fairview Heights IL (intersection of Hwy 161 and Old Lincoln Trail; near the Metro-Link station). Members, perspective members, and guest are welcome to attend. Subject to change with notifications in the weekly email and the chapter calendar. Map to Meeting.

Reminders

It is going to be a great year for riding. Please keep in mind the H.O.G. rule: If you have a non-Green Mount Road HOG member riding with you on a Green Mount Road HOG event, i.e. dinner ride, overnight trip, etc., they MUST fill out a release form each and every time they ride. The statement will be made at each event. "If you are not a member of the Green Mount Road HOG Chapter you must fill out a release form for this ride".

Also if you have invited a non-member along for a Chapter Event, they too must fill out the release form for the ride as well as any passenger they may have with them.

This would be a great way to earn 50 points in your Riders Challenge book. Make sure that the non-member is a member of National H.O.G. and then get them to join the Green Mount Road chapter and just like that you have earned 50 points. See your Membership Officer to sign off on your Riders Challenge book.

What is the Harley Owners Group?

The Harley Owners Group (H.O.G.) is an organization founded and sponsored by the Harley-Davidson Motor Company. The group was established to offer motorcycling benefits and services to Harley-Davidson enthusiasts throughout the world, and develop a close relationship between the Harley-Davidson rider, the Harley-Davidson dealer and the Harley-Davidson Motor Company

Each chapter is sponsored by the local dealer and is offered to bring members together for the common interest of promoting motorcycle activities. The chapters are family oriented and nonpolitical.
